Holds for my home climbing gym |

I built a fairly large (15'x21') home climbing gym this summer, and I sampled a wide variety of holds from different manufacturers to begin with. My bouldering cave is now dominated by Element Climbing holds. There are several reasons for this.
Esthetics: not a huge factor, but it does make a difference and EC holds are beautiful.
Texture: just the right amount of grip without being too rough on my hands. This is a MAJOR issue with non-EC holds.
Durability: I know I've had to over-tighten these things, but I haven't had the first break. Also, accidentally dropped one on a concrete floor and all that happened was a small (~1mm) chip on the edge. These are tough holds!
Finally, variety. This is what made me go exclusively EC holds. Almost every hold can be mounted and used in a variety of ways.
I cannot recommend Element Climbing holds enough. They are far and away my favorite holds, and I look forward to climbing on them for many years.
