Good Product and Great Service January 14, 2018
Reviewer: David from Alaska, United States
Ordered the first week of December.  I got everything up to Alaska within 8 business days.  All of the holds are great quality, and I didn’t notice any duplicates.

I did get one hold from the Quarry Plates line up. The texture on it was much different than every other hold. I reached out to EC, and they were great at communicating with me.  The texture was as they intended, but in the end it’s not entirely my favorite (full disclaimer: the wife does like it though). 1 out of 75. Not bad at all! And great that the staff were ready to help.

I would definitely order again, but probably choose lines that I want more of. This was a great way to start the home wall, and now I can more confidently custom order holds in the future.

Good overall kit September 13, 2017
Reviewer: Daniel from Mont-Tremblant, QC Canada
Satisfied about the kit, good mix of big and small holds, quality made!
Only a little disappointed to get 35 green holds out of the 75.
I knew it was random colors before I bought it, just thought it would be a little more balanced.
Still happy but my next purchase will be more specific with styles and colors.

Holds for my home climbing gym September 13, 2013
Reviewer: Alan Brock from Cleveland, TN United States
I built a fairly large (15'x21') home climbing gym this summer, and I sampled a wide variety of holds from different manufacturers to begin with.  My bouldering cave is now dominated by Element Climbing holds.  There are several reasons for this.

Esthetics: not a huge factor, but it does make a difference and EC holds are beautiful.

Texture: just the right amount of grip without being too rough on my hands.  This is a MAJOR issue with non-EC holds.

Durability: I know I've had to over-tighten these things, but I haven't had the first break.  Also, accidentally dropped one on a concrete floor and all that happened was a small (~1mm) chip on the edge.  These are tough holds!

Finally, variety.  This is what made me go exclusively EC holds.  Almost every hold can be mounted and used in a variety of ways.

I cannot recommend Element Climbing holds enough.  They are far and away my favorite holds, and I look forward to climbing on them for many years.

Slightly Disappointed May 30, 2013
Reviewer: Steve Taylor from Byron Center, MI United States
The Acceleration set comes with 75 holds for $300 dollars.  It seemed like a great deal; however, the set is mostly comprised of crimps and small foot chips.  I was disappointed by the lack of jugs and holds larger than the size of my hand.

The set is advertised as a beginner/intermediate set, but the holds are more geared for climbers with at least a year or two under their belt.   This means I will have to order a few more sets of jugs before inviting beginner climbers to test out the wall.

Also, it took Element upwards of two weeks just to get the holds out in the mail and while they were apologetic for the delay it was nevertheless frustrating.

To be fair the holds have great texture and are lots of fun to climb on.  If you can deal with the long wait to get the holds shipped I would recommend Element holds.

Couldn't be happier! December 10, 2012
Reviewer: Thomas Bick from Maryland Heights, MO United States
The holds are easily some of the best I have ever used.  Within two weeks I had already ordered another couple sets to put on my home wall.  Their offers can't be beat, free shipping(that arrives quickly) over $100 and all the sales promos they run.  I think that I might stay with Element Exclusively!!!
