Our Guarantee
Our holds come with an unconditional guarantee against breakage.
If one of our holds breaks for any reason, just send it back to us along with proof that you purchased if from us (your Name and either your Order Number or Order Date).
NOTE:
We'd also like to know the name of the move you were doing when our hold whimped out (for example: "Three Handed Double Dyno")
When we receive the broken hold, and have given it a proper burial, we'll send you a new one. The replacement hold will either be the same (provided we still stock it) or upgraded. To cover the cost of sending us the broken hold (and any emotional damage incurred), we'll toss in an additional hold or two for free.
Returns
We're more than happy to provide refunds on unused holds.
Just return them to us in unused, re-sellable condition (including any original packaging). Upon receipt, we'll refund the original purchase price.
