Our GuaranteeThe bottom line is that we want our customers to be so happy with their purchases from Element Climbing, we'll do whatever we can to honor any reasonable request related to issues with our products. If one of your holds breaks due to manufacturing defect, we'll replace it. If you receive your order and you're not happy with it, you can return it. We rely on happy customers and word-of-mouth advertising. Rest assured that your purchases with Element Climbing are backed by the most comprehensive guarantee in the industry.
What If One Of My Holds Breaks?Our holds come with an unconditional guarantee against breakage due to manufacturing defects. If one of our holds breaks, just send it back to us along with proof of purchase (e.g. your name / order number or a copy of your invoice). We recommend that you use a traceable and insured delivery service for the return. We can not be responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Upon receipt, we'll send you a new one. The replacement hold will either be the same (provided we still stock it) or upgraded at no additional charge. To cover the cost of sending us the broken hold (and any emotional damage incurred), we'll toss in an additional hold or two for free.
