We started in 2008 working out of the basement of one of our houses. Before we poured our first hold, we decided that polyurethane was the way to go. With it's strength, durability, weight, and "environmental friendliness", it was a no-brainer. We covered every surface of our workspace with layer upon layer of foam dust trying to crank out a variety of shapes. As soon as we started turning out shapes, we took them to all of our local gyms to have them put to the test. We asked for feedback from everyone who saw, set, and climbed on our plastic and used what we learned to improve our mix, enhance our process, and make our holds better. We use the same principles today because we believe that the only way to succeed is to give our customers exactly what they want.

We're currently spending the majority of our time creating new shapes and "spreading the word" about Element Climbing. We believe in giving back to the climbing community, and proudly sponsor the Southeastern Climber's Coalition. We also regularly sponsor climbing competions in our region through prize donations.
